Gland, Switzerland, 01.01.2024 13:00 CET: Kainjoo (founded in 2012) is moving its headquarters to Gland on the first of January 2024, after ten years of establishment in Morges, Switzerland.
- Kainjoo is moving its headquarters to scalable offices in the strategic location of Gland, 20’ from Geneva and 30’ from Lausanne, effective 01.01.2024.
- The new office spaces are modern and can accommodate new working methods in line with remote, hybrid and physical settings.
- The global nature of the Kainjoo business requires a lot of travel in Switzerland and abroad; thus, being in front of the train station is a real benefit for customers and employees coming to the office.
After ten years established at the Grand Rue 29 in Morges, Kainjoo is moving its headquarters to the fintech city of Gland, where other vital disrupters such as Swissquote are established. The move was motivated by the new form of work after COVID-19 and the need for a more modern workplace, enabling people to come and go freely while feeling part of an energising campus.
With more than 30 people to date, the company has changed its business model from pure project management excellence to more delegated resources who work directly within the offices of our customers and partners.
“The place is now suitable for events too”, shares Haider Alleg, founder at Kainjoo. “We started in these offices for our investment firm Allegory Capital, and it made sense to reunite the teams under one roof for better communication.”
As such, having large empty offices would not make sense anymore and changing to a flex office would enable having the best of both worlds. Meeting rooms equipped with the latest technologies and a tasty design are helping Kainjoo keep the appeal of the workplace and create an experience for people deciding to return to the office more often.
