Building a custom CLM platform for easy to run CLM calls and content synchronisation
Our team developed a full CLM platform to handle Veeva and IQVIA data connections and act as a failsafe mini-CRM when needed. The goal was to enable Sales Reps and MSLs to easily “connect” with the last mile, giving them tools on the edge that Marketing would have approved beforehand.

Instead of going with complex systems, our team chose agility with the new WebRTC protocol for remote detailing as well as easy-to-sync marketing automation from the web factory with the e-detailing tool. The keynote converter helped streamline the content creation on the edge, and analytics data kept the teams synced.
White-label solution with custom features for scientific affairs and Training
Turn around was fast, and we quickly built a tool that could be scaled to any use case, even locally, where conditions are very specific. The WebRTC module helped remote reps to connect and share their screen despite having no emotional feedback. Compared to a classical licensed tool, the CAPEX and OPEX were well under what is the norm while achieving the same or even exceeding expectations.
