Kainjoo and OM Pharma Sign Master Service Agreement to Scale Digital Transformation in Pharma

Gland, Switzerland | 15.05.2022 – Kainjoo SA and OM Pharma SA have reaffirmed and expanded their strategic collaboration by entering into a Master Service Agreement (MSA). Initially centred on OM Pharma’s Swiss affiliate, this new agreement extends the partnership to global operations, strengthening shared efforts to enhance marketing performance and operational capabilities through brand technologies.

The renewed engagement positions Kainjoo as a transformation partner for OM Pharma’s regional and global teams, enabling compliant, AI-powered, and scalable marketing platforms across multiple regulated markets.

Kainjoo’s role in OM Pharma’s transformation journey began with the implementation of a headless, multisite web factory platform. This infrastructure enables the rapid deployment of affiliate websites across multiple languages while maintaining regulatory compliance, aligning with Switzerland’s new Federal Data Protection Act (nFADP). The system provides a centralised yet flexible approach to digital asset management and campaign orchestration.

“We’re now able to spin off a website in multiple languages thanks to AI and run it through our Medical Legal Reviews much faster,” explains Evelyne Filip, Digital Head at OM Pharma Switzerland. “This gives us a reliable framework to scale HCP engagement while staying aligned with local and international standards.”

The digital footprint was further strengthened through the configuration of Veeva CRM modules, enabling customer-facing teams with sponsored rep emails and e-detailing content built using Kainjoo’s proprietary Online Learning Moments framework. These e-detailers are designed as immersive, multichannel stories that extend across emails, microsites, and face-to-face interactions, supporting a seamless customer experience.

Campaign delivery has also evolved with the launch of a persona-based advertising trading desk focused on Broncho-Vaxom®, OM Pharma’s flagship immunostimulant. The system dynamically targets healthcare professionals with personalised messages, improving both reach and engagement while providing measurable performance insights.
