A case study will be shared in advance for you to work on and demonstrate your ability to run your position. At this stage, you’re getting specifics about the role, and we should be aligned on your dates for starting the role and your salary expectations. Negotiation usually starts here. During the second interview, a line manager or an expert in your field is present to judge your competencies. If a psychological test is required, it might be done after or before the interview.
Great. You made it to the boss round. This final interview is with our leadership team. Here it is a validation, and a gut feeling as the last step is to sign off the papers officially. If there is hesitation or something you’re not comfy with, you must do it before saying yes to the proposal on the second interview.
